What is ISO22000:2005 “Food Safety”
It is a Food Safety Management System (FSMS) that uses a management systems approach as well as a HACCP process.
ISO 22000 provide one internationally recognized standard for a food safety management system that can be applied to any organization in the food chain in order to ensure that food is safe at the time of consumption.
